The Weekends package gives you the support over the weekend, which is the equivalent to our Standard package, so Saturday and Sunday from 9am until 5pm

If you have the On-Demand package, there is an additional fee for each incident outside your Standard Support Plan. This means that if you need help at any time, then with the provision, you can access that help.
