Dvana offer a range of services, suitable for all businesses, we provide the technical and logistical expertise which enables you to deal with your business and not the technical infrastructure on which your business runs.

Support

Our support options are designed to grow with your needs, so if out of hours cover is not needed, there is no need to buy it. We offer the following support options on all our solutions and systems:

• Standard - which is office hours 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
• Evenings - which extends the standard coverage until 10pm.
• Weekends - which provides standard coverage on Saturday and Sunday.
• 24 x 7 - which gives all day everyday support.
• On-Demand - which requires standard support and is available on request.

It is possible to mix and match, so evenings can be covered at weekends, by purchasing both packages.

Maintenance

Maintenance covers your ongoing investment, this is in addition to the warrantee. It enables you to not worry about the system, but have an expert come and do the routine maintenance on your behalf.

• Silver - enhanced part replacement and optional annual maintenance visit.
• Gold - as above with two discounted maintenance visits.
• Platinum - as above with selected on site spares and three deeply discounted maintenance visits.
• On-Demand - additional maintenance visits.

Setup & Commissioning

Most suppliers of equipment, servers, storage products or workstations will courier you a box, which you need to unpack and setup. With Dvana's Setup and Commissioning service, someone will come to your work location, set the system up and work through your commissioning of the system. Typically this involves configuring the operating system, setting up storage or ensuring workstations are up and running ready for productive work.

Remote/Offsite Storage

All companies large and small backup their data on a regular basis, every night for workstations and PCs, perhaps every hour for servers, or continually with one of our storage solutions, but do they back up to an off-site location, with out Remote Storage Service, we offer that off-site backup, so if disaster strikes, you have a copy of your data safe and sound.

System Consulting

Our consultants are able to help you and your business grow and thrive, by choosing the right tool for the right job and then ensuring that come what may, you are in a strong position to weather any storm.

System design

Sometimes, the thought of designing a system and ensuring that it will meet your current and future needs is overwhelming. For this reason, Dvana offer a consulting service, where we will gather your requirements, design, build, test, commission a system on your behalf, then install it at your location and guide your through its operation. This is a turn key solution, enabling you to focus on what you do best and allowing us to help you with what we are expert at.

Contingency Planning

Nobody likes to this that anything can go wrong with their business, but week in, week out organizations large and small fail due to unforeseen circumstances. With our help, we can guide you through the process or creating and continually updating your disaster recovery plan. You need not be a statistic.
